Application for License Alabama Nuclear Fuel Fabrication Facility The Westinghouse Electric Corporation hereby submits an application for an NRC license which would authorize Westinghouse to receive title to, own, acquire, deliver, receive, possess, use and initially transfer special nuclear material in accordance with the attached application.
The proposed location for this new facility,.
Alabama Nuclear Fuel Fabrication Facility, is Prattville, Alabama.
Included with this transmittal are the License Condition Section of the application and the Environmental Report.
The Demonstration Section of the License Application will be transmitted in 1980.
Please find enclosed a check in the amount of $12,000. as payment for the filing of this application.
