LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISIOUS'S SECOND REQUEST FOR PRODUCTION OF DOCUMENTS TO THE SACRAMENTO MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT REQUEST:
All documents ideitified by SMUD in its responses to the " California Energy Commission's Second Set of Inter-rogatories to the Sacramento Municipal Utility District,"
dated December 21, 1979, or relied upon by SMUD in preparing those responses.
RESPONSE
Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. 8 2.741(d), Licensee hereby responds to this recuest by stating that the documents requested and in the possession, custody, or control of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, will be made available to the California Energy Commission for inspection and copying in the following manner.
The requested documents will be made available in the offices of the Sacramento Municipal Utility District, 6201 S Street, Sacramento, California.
Licensee objects to California Energy Ccemission's document producticn request to the extent that it seeks the production of documents at Cali-3gy 292' fornia Energ; Ccmmission offices.

Appointments to inspect the documents may be arranged by telephoning Robert A.
Dieterich or Jan E.
Schori, at 452-3211, at least 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> before the requested inspection.
Licensee will maintain the requested documents assembled and available for inspection by the California Energy Commission until January 31, 1980.
Inspected documents which California Energy Commission wishes to have copied will be reproduced by the District on a schedule ccmpatible with other demands for District duplicating equipment.
A District employee will be available during the inspection in order to receive any requests for copying.
Copies of such selected documents will then be furnished to California Energy Commission upon payment of nine cents per page, the District's cost of reproduction.
