LICENSEE'S RESPONSE TO CALIFORNIA ENERGY COMMISSION REQUEST FOR INSPECTION OF RANCHO SECO FACILITY REQUEST:

To permit Energy Commission representatives to inspect the Rancho Seco Facility on January 7, 1980 at 9:30 a.m.

RESPONSE

Licensee will permit California Energy Commission representatives to inspect the Rancho Seco facility on January 21, 1980, at 9:30 a.m., subject to the following conditions:

1.

Because of limitations on the number of visitors per escort, no more than four representatives may participate in the inspection.

2.

The name and business or professional a."iliation of each representative must be communica'.ed to Licensee at least 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> prior to the inspection.

3.

So that no interference with plant operational activities occurs during the visit, representatives will direct any necessary questions to the escort and will not engage in conversation with other District employees.
