Based on your October 14, 1979 letter, the November 27, 1979 IE/NRR site visit and the December 6, 1979 meeting in Bethesda with IE, NkR and PSC personnel, Region IV has been informed that your status with regard to IE Bulletin 79-14 is to be further evaluated and a determination is to be made by March 1,1980 with regard to further extension of your completion date for this Bulletin.
To facilitate the completion of our evaluation by March 1,1980, it is requested that you. provide a supplemental reply to IE Bulletin 79-14 by February 15, 1980.
This supplemental reply should include the following:
A list of nonconformances.
A summary of the resolution for each nonconformance.
The status of work completed and the status of the total work yet to be completed.
We re-emphasize the importance of the timely completion of the actions required by IE Bulletin 79-14.
