i Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Commonwealth Edison Company License No. DPR-39, DPR-48 Based on the inspection conducted on October 1 thru November 5,1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Technical Specification 6.2.A.11 requires adherance to fire protection program implementation procedures.
Contrary to the above, on October 31, 1979, welding took place in the Unit 1 Turbine building without a portable fire extinguisher at the job site, as specified by the approved welding authorization card.
