CORRECTION TO MEMORANDUM 0F OCTOBER 24, 1979 REGARDING PRESSURE SWITCH FAILURES AT OHI 1 By memorandum dated October 24,1979 (Proposed IE Bulletin Notice:
Pressure Switch Failure - OHI 1), we informed you of the failure of a Westinghouse supplied pressure switch at the OHI 1 Nuclear Power Plant.
The subject of this memorandum should have read " Proposed IE Information Notice: Pressure Switch Failure - OHI 1."
The proposed IE Information Notice enclosed with the October 24, 1979 memo is correct.
The corrected cover page is enclosed.
