informing us of steps you have taken to correct the items of noncompliance
concerning activities under NRC Operating License No. NPF-4 brought to
your attention in our letter of November 2,1979.
As discussed in a phone conversation between C. M. Stallings and P. J.
Kellogg of my staff on December 6,1979, a supplemental response covering

the details of our concerns is expected to be submitted by December 20,
1979. Since the enforcement actions were promulgated by the Director,
Office of Inspection and Enforcement, your supplemental response should
be addressed to him with a copy to Region II.
