Your letter requested that 5:e aperove the postponerent of the annual rritten exaninations and oral tests from Noverter 30, 1979 to January 31, 1900.

This postponerrent r:as requested due to additional raduaste training requirements and resronses to Three i'ile Island Lessons Learved.

We understand that the tire extension will be applied primarily to staff rersonnel and veill not affect the completion of the Nover er 1930 written examinations.

Based on the information contained in your letter, we have determined that the examinations can bc postocned until January 31, 1980.
