Gentlemen:
This is to acknowledge receipt of your letter of October 18, 1979, informing
us that you consider Exhibit II, pages 1 and 2 to IE Investigation Report
No. 50-358/79-26 to be proprietary in nature, and requesting that they be
withheld from public disclosure.
It is not clear to us that these pages do contain proprietary information
as defined in 10 CFR 2.790, and your request was not accompanied by an
affidavit containing the information set forth in that section of Part 2
which would en ele us to make a determination. However, our review indi-
cates that Exhibit II does not materially affect the substance of the
report, nor would its removal detract from the report. The Exhibit was
not referenced in the body of the report.

Therefore, we agree to remove Exhibit II from the report, a revised copy
of which is attached to this letter.
