This revision includes con-sideration of the coments received on the assessment issued by our letter dated September 25, 1979. Your letter dated November 2,1979, provided comments on the assessment.
This revision completes our assessment of Topic V-12. A which will be used as input to the integrated review of the Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No.1.
If there are any errors in the facts of this revised assessment,
