Dear Mr. Reid:
Attached are five copies of Small Break Operating Guidelines which have been generated specifically for the Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1 (DB-1).
These incorporate the inadequate core cooling guidelines in response to Section 2.1.9 of NUREG-0578 "TMI-2 Lessons Learned Task Force Status Report."
These guidelines are being finalized in DB-1 procedures and are to be in place by December 31, 1979.
