Based on a conversation between Mr. C. Wells of your office and Miss R. J. Greer of our office on November 15, 1979, it is our under-standing that the red emergency (OPX lines) telephones at your Davis Besse site are not supplied with back-up power.
We are hereby requesting that you initiate all actions necessary to provide these telephone lines with back-up power in a timely manner.
Please inform this office within ten days of your receipt of this letter of the projected date of completion of necessary modifications.
