Areas Inspected:
Measurement and Statistical Controls, Inventory Difference (ID) and its associated limit of error (LEID).
The inspection involved 23 inspector-hours onsite by one NRC inspector and was begun during the regular hours.
Results:
The licensee was found to be in compliance with NRC requirements in the two areas examined during the inspertion except for the following item:
1.
Limit of error calculations, for receipts of U0, powder and shipments of finished fuel, failed to include consideration bf the appropriate errors associated with the measurement systems utilized.
