In accordance with item 5 ef IE Bulletin 79-05C and Section 2.1.9 of NUREG-0578, analyses have been performed and operator g'uidelines devel-oped to detect inadequate core cooling. These guidelines vere incorpo-rated into existing small break guidelines and into appropriate operat-ing procedures.
