YELLOW CREEK NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - REBAR BENDING NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS - NCR YC-023 - SECOND INTERIM REPORT On August 3, 1979, M. J. Gouge, NRC-OIE Region II, was informed that the subject nonconformance was determined to be reportable in accord-ance with 10 CFR 50.55(e). This was followed by our first interim report dated September 4, 1979. Enclosed is our second interim report.

We expect to submit our next report by February 8,1980.
