With your letter dated November 19, 1979, you submitted an ECCS Reanalysis for 18% Steam Generator Tube Plugging Limit for Point Beach Nuclear Plant Unit No.1 to the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (CNM).
Based on information provided to us by the ONRR staff, we under: tar:d that your reanalysis requires review and approval of a single safety issue.
As such, it is subject to a Class III fee of $4,000 pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22.
It is requested that the sum of $4,000 be submitted to this office.
If the final review of your November 19 filing by the ONRR staff reveals that this fee is incorrect, you will be refunded any overpayment or billed for any additional amount due.
