With your application for license amendment notarized September 19, 1979 (transmitted by your attorneys' letter dated September 20), which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (0NRR), pertaining to Fort Calhoun Station Unit I secondary water chemistry monitoring, you paid a Class III amendment fee of $4,000.
The ONRR review staff has advised this office that the action required by your application is pro forma and administrative in nature and, therefors, is in the Class II fee category.
Consequently, we have concurrently autt. rized the Office of the Controller to refund to your Company the $2,800 di ference between Classes II and III.
The refund is now being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
