With your application fcr license amendment dated October 3,1979, which you filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR), pertaining to Davis-Basse Nuclear Power Station Unit i secondary water chemistry monitoring, you paid a Class III amendment fee of $4,000.
The ONRR review staff has advised this office that the action required by your application is pro forma and adminiitrative in nature and, therefore, is in the Class II fee category. Consequently, we have concurrently authorized the Office of the Controller to refund to your Company the 52,800 difference betweer Classes II and III.
The refund is now being processed and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
