Dear Mr. Clements:
This letter confirms our phone conversation of last week in which we discussed Gulf States' incomplete delivery of copies of those documents subpoenaed of A.E. flaylor and selected for copying by the flRC Staff on October 11, 1979.
As I have been able to locate only a partial listing of those documents se-lected, I request that you make available for our inspection and copying in Washington those documents subpoenaed and produced at Mr. taylor's deposition.
As it has been nearly two months since we selected those documents, I hope that we may expediticusly arrange for copying.
