Gentlemen:
Millstone Nuclear Power Station, Unit No. 2 I&E Bulletin No.79-06C In Item (5) of Reference (1) and in Reference (2), Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) was requested to provide information regarding inadequate core cooling in accordance with the recommendations in Section 2.1.9 of NUREG-0578.
As indicated in Reference (3), the Combustion Engineering Report CEN-ll7, "Rea-c v:' t:1 ""JI ISE %11 atin Mg 06C, Item (5)", was submitted in accordance with the scope and schedule agreed upon with f.6 le.t hwil via Aeietatimu T,.
NNECO's review of this report has determined that the information is applicable to Millstone Unit No. 2 and as such, fulfills the Reference (1) request.
