Roisman's letter of September 6,1979 in which he requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all documents prepared or received in connection with the preparation of NUREG-0459 and with the preparation of the upgraded physical protection regulations in 10 CFR Part 73. is a list of 49 NRC documents of the 650 documents used in preparing NUREG-0459. is a list of 163 open source materials and unclassified Government Agency Reports from the list of 650 documents.

The list of the remainder of the 650 documents is contained in a classified report.

NRC staff is reviewing this report to determine whether any more of the list of documents may be releated to the public. He will further contact you as to the results of this determination.
