This refers to my immediate action letter to you dated October 17, 1979, and to the equipment problems listed therein.
The NRC onsite inspectors have reviewed your determination of the causes of failure and the corrective actions you have taken to prevent recurrence.
The onsite team members have also inspected the equipment; observed the failed components; and observed repairs, modification, and testing of the components and equipment.
The details of our inspection findings will be contained in the inspection report to be issued as a result of this review.
We have no further questions at this time concerning these items.
