Dear Mr. Ippolito:
In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.90 and Part 2.101, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) hereby requests revisions to the Technical Specifications for its Brunswick Steam Electric Plant (BSEP) Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These revisions reflect corporate organizational changes all of which are administrative in nature and which became effective on November 3, 1979.
These most recent changes have superseded our August 14, 1979 corporate reorganization submittal. Therefore, we have prepared the attached package to include all applicable changes. Please review the attached package in lieu of our August 14, 1979 submittal. No additional fee should be required sinca this submittal supersedes the August 14, 1979 submittal which has not yet been acted on by the staff.
The attached package contains the revised technical specifications pages for BSEP Units 1 and 2 which reflect these revisions. Changes are indicated by vertical lines in the right-hand margins of the affected pages.

Mr. T. A. Ippolito CP&L has reorganized its Generation Department into two departments, the Nuclear Operations Department and the Fossil Operations Department. Also, the BSEP facility organization has been revised as shown on Figures 6.2.2-1.
