ORDER DISMISSING PROCEEDING Joint applicants have informed us that they have withdrawn their application for construction permits for Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, Units 4 and 5.
Accordingly, in the absence of objections, all proceedings involving the application to license construction of these facilities are terminated and the case is dismissed.
