Operating License : o. DPR-50 Inspection Report 75-lk Follow-Up Response Inspection Eeper: 75-lk dated August 19, 1975 reported that contrary to 100FE50, Appencix 3, Criterion V,.Section 12 of the operatione.1 quality Assurance Plan, and TMI Procedure GP 1009 two safety related ite=s were i
purchased fro = vendor,s not on the licensee's Approved'V&ndors List.
In our response to Inspection Report 75-1h, G0J.,1507, dated Septe=ber 15, 1975 ve indicated that the deficiency was caused by our initial vendor evaluation policy which permitted a central sales office to be on the Approved Vendors List.
In order to enhance the quality of the vendor evaluatien progra= and thereby avoid the proble= in the future ve ec==itted to revise the Approved Vendors List eli=inating sales offices.
Cc=pliance was to be achieved by January,1,1976.
In a subsequent inspection perfor=ed January 30, 1976, Mr. Lee Spessard cf your office noted that the corrective action specified above which was to have been cc:_pleted by January,1,1976 had not been ec=pleted.
It was agreed at that time that ec=pliance was then to be achieved by Februa:/ 16, 1976.
As of this date all sales offices have been purged frc= the Approved Venders List.
In addition, Generation Procedures GP h010 and GP C013 have been revised to :
- 1ect cur revised progra=, and full cecpliance has been achieved.
