Resconse Althous,h the Generation Review Cc.=ittee (GRC) minutes de provile documentation.that Corporate Technical Support Staff (CTS) has revieved violations of Technical Specifications and other =atters, the G?.C minutes are not the only retiev documentation =ethed usei by the CTS.
Many of the reviews required to be perfomed by the CTS are docu ented by means of c7rrespondence routing sheets.
With regard to the violation of Technical Specification h.l.3, documen-tation of CTS reviev is available for your inspection at cur Reading Office, Berkshire locatic...

Antarent Deficiency B Contrary to the requirement of Technical Specification 6.1.1.1 d.7, a PORC review of violations of technical specifications was not conducted for Itens of Hence=pliance frc= Re61on I Inspection Repcrt 50-239/75-16 and 75-21.
Restonse The PORC Chair. an and Vice Chairman have been instructed to insure the PORC reviews and formally docu ents the review of NRC identified violations of Technical Specifications.
This corrective action, already acconplished, is sufficient to ensure full compliance.
