This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. Johnson of this
office on 1%rch 26-23,1973 of activities authorized by AEC License
No. CPPR-40 and to the discussions of our findint.s held by
Mr. Johnson with Messrs. Elingn=an, lierbein, Colitz , Floyd and
Zerbran of your staff at the conclusion of the inspection.
Arcas examined during this inspection included: Review of Adnini-
strative procedures; plant operating procedurcs; caergency procedurcs;
maintenance procedures; facility procedure review and approval; docu-
scentation and it:plementation of the trainine; retraining and replace-
ment programs. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of selec-

tive exaninations of procedures and representative records, intervicvs
with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of the inspection, no violations or safety itees were
observed.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the AEC's " Rules of Practice,"
Part 2. Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter
and the enclosed inspection report vill he placed in the AEC's Public
