ENCLOSURE 1 Description of Violations Metropolitan Edison Company Docket No. 50-289 l*
License No. CPPR-40 Certain of the activities under your license appear to be in violation of AEC requirements.
This violation is considered to be of Category II severity:
1.
Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion I
V states in part, " Activities affecting quality shall be prescribed by documented instructions, procedures, or drawings, of a type appropriate to the cir 2:tstances and shall be accomplished in accor-dance with these instrt.:tions, procedures, or drawings including changes thereto, which prescribe all activities affecting quality".
- O Contrary t the above Initial Fueling Procedures (IFP) and Initial Fueling Instructions (IFI) were issued and changed in the field in noncompliance with IFI-201, Document control.
This violation is considered to ic of Category III severity:

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Appendix B, Criterion XVII states in part, ".... Inspection and test records shall, as a minimum, identify the inspector or data recorder...."
Contrary to the above, the inspector or data recorder was not identi-fled on Form IFP-303B, CRDM Uncoupling Data Sheet.
