dated May 19, 1977.
Thank you for infonning us of the corrective and preventive actions
documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a
subsequent inspection of your licensed program.
With respect to Apparent Violation B, it is our understanding based on
a telephone conversation on June 20, 1977, between Mr. Kellogg of this
office and Mr. Potts of your staff, that supervisers, involved in the
review of completed surveillance procedures,will receive additional
ounseling in the importance of substantive reviews.
