letter dated July 26, 1977.
Thank you for informing us of the corrective and preventive actions
documented in your letter. These actions will be examined during a
subsequent inspection of your 1icensed program.
We regard Item A of our Notice of Violation to be of the same nature as

that item of noncompliance reported to you in our letter of May .16,

1977, without regard to extenuating circumstances, i.e., both items
pertain to the failure to post the high radiation areas in accord with
10 CFR 20.203(c)(1) and your procedure OP-1104-28, Section 28.2.1.8;
therefore, constitutes recurrent noncompliance. We note that your
response appears to adequately address items of this nature.
