Technical Specifications 6.8.1 and 6.11, require adherence to procedures and Health Physics Procedure 1622, " Releasing Radio-active Gas Waste," Sections 5.47-5.69, requires the calculation of the quantity released in each Reactor Building Purge on Form 1622-5, " Total Noble Gas and Tritium Concentrations During Reactor Building Purges."
Contrary to this requirement, no entries were made on any form j
1622-5 during the period July 1-December 31, 1976, although there were fifteen or more Reactor Building Purges during the period.
