The sesff indicate 1 that the purpose of the mantin-J was to disettss the effects of adjustments in 25U'n Appendin K evaluatan 'mdels as a res' sit of staff recuiremnts and any impact thes+i adjust =ents nis;ht hcve en additional operatinq rostrictions.
The staff ctated that MV had recently subaitte1 the results of sensitivity studies which indicated that those adjustments would not rcriuire sJditional operating restrictions.
In addition, the staff indicateJ that, while our review of these studies was not yet conplato, ve have identiflod to major probicos to date which were not being resolved.
The staff indicated that in the next seversi veeLa safety ordern tmuld be issued to the licensees which would include any operatine, rc.itrictisms necessary to satisfy the reouirem.nts of 10 CR 50.46.
In addition, the staff will require that now evaluations of the effectivemens of the "CC5 be subsitted within six =onths or prior to refueling, whichever la first, with an Appendix I evaluation model acceptable to the staf f.
Inforruttion to support the applicability of BSU's generic avaluatien to cach of t*v-utilities' resetor, including containaont heat sink dats, trill also be required.
