This concerns a latter dated yebruary 10, 1975, (copy enclosed as Attmehmant A) to you from our Region I Office in King of Prussia Pennsylvania, which indicated that your responsa in a letter dated January 20, 1975, to Item 4 of a 3otice of Violation which was sent to you on December 20, 1974, was not considered an adequate response and was being referred to this offiem for resolution. Itsa 4 of the Hotice of Violatiam concerns the==nner in which fish were samplad as part of the fish impingement study.
