SUBJECT:
RETURN TO OPERATION Initial criticality occurred at 5:43 p.m., on July 29, folicwing a refueling outage which began on April 21.
Two (2) days of zero power physics testing are planned with the unit sched aled to reach full load on August 4.
Local media interest is anticipated.
The licensee has issued a news release.
A news release by the NRC is not planned.
The State of Florida has been informed.
This Preliminary Notification is issued for information only.
No further action by IE is anticipated.
Region II (Atlanta) received notification of this information by telephona f rc-the inspector onsite at 5:00 p.m., on July 29.
