Enclosed is the report of the~ findings of the Performanca Appraisal Team (PAT) inspection at the Brunswick Nuclear Plant and Carolina Power and Light Company corporate office in May, 1979. You are requested to transmit the report to the licensee and distribute it in accordance with your-standard process for issuing ins"ection rw L.
You are also requested to take action as necessary to resolve and close out the issues contained in the ecc:pliance sections of the report.
The observatHons sections will be used by the Performance ;'ppraisal Branch in preparing the annual appraisal reports and for future appraisals of the licensee's c:anagemnt syste=s.
