We are sending under separate cover the last portion o.f the Texas Utilities Generating Company's " Tendered Application".for the Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, which consists of the following:
Environmental Report - (ER) - Volumes 1 & 2 The Environmental Report submitted in early 1978 was rejected by the NRC Staff and is now being resubmitted for an acceptance review.
If found acceptable, a docketed version will be submitted in about 30 or 40 days.
We will keep you abreast of developments as they occur.
