Dear Mr. Dixel:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No. 52 to Provisionai Operating License No. DPR-20 for the Palisades Plant.
This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications in response to your request dated July 26, 1979, as supplemented by letter dated September 11, 1979.
This amendment changes the provisions of the Technical Specifications relating to steam generator tube surveillante.
Copies of our Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
