Thank you for your letter of September 24, 1979 in response to our Notice of Violation dated August 31, 1979.
Confirming my conversation with Mr. Janes Street of your organization on October 10, 1979, we understand that the corrective action described at Item 7 of the enclosure to your September 24 letter will be completed on or before November 24, 1979. We have no questions at this time. The corrective actions you have taken and planned for each of the items of non-compliance will be reviewed during the next physical protection inspection.
