Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Consumers Power Company Docket No. 50-155 Based on the inspection conducted on August 20-24, 1979, it appears that certain of your activities were in noncompliance with NRC requirements, as noted below. This item is an infraction.
Technical Specification 7.5.7 states, "One Control Rod Drive Pump shall be operating during removal and reinsertion and during the time the control rod drive is outside the reactor vessel."
Contrary to the above, on April 19, 1979 Control Rod Drive B-5 was re-moved for maintenance while both drive pumps were shutdown.
