Inspections 70-2775/79-01; 70-2722/79-01; 70-2766/79-01 This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. M. Rogers of this office on May 30-31, 1979 from Wood River Junction and enroute to Dulles International Air-port, Virginia, of activities authorized by NRC License Nos. XSNM-1247, XSNM-1212 and XShM-i241.
The area examined during this inspection was limited to Physical Protection of SNM in transit as described in the Office of Inspection and Enforcement In-spection Report which is enclosed with the letter.
Within this area, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspectors.
Within the scope of this inspection, no items of noncompliance were observed.
In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice", Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, documentation of your control and ac-counting procedures for safeguarding special nuclear materials and your facility security procedures are exempt from disclosure; therefore, the enclosed in-spection report will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
