In accordance with the Trojan Plant Operating License, Appendix B, US NRC Technical Specifications, Paragraph 2.2.4, attached is a report concerning a situation where the plant effluent pH was above the limit of 9.0 for approximately three minutes on Thursday, October 18, 1979.
