Item No. 1 List all electrical components / equipments inside containment that must function during and after a LOCA.
Include the manufacturer, part number, location, and description of item.
Item No. 2 Description of the LOCA environment that the listed electrical component /
equipment is required to comply with.
Item No. 3 Description of the environment to which the electrical component / equipment is qualified to.
Item No. 4 Description of the manner of qualification which should include test methods such as sequential, synergistic, analysis, etc.
Item No. 5 Identification of the specific supporting qualification documentation that was reviewed by your organizations to determine the acceptability of the item such as qualification reports, letters, studies, analysis, etc.
- For this review it is required that all electrical / instrumentation equipment /
components inside containment that must function during and after a LOCA be identified.
