SYSTEMS In response to technical assistance request, TAC 1573, enclosed is the Plant Systems Branch Safety Evaluation Report pertaining to the Palisades Nuclear Power Plant Susceptibility of Safety-Related Equip-ment / Systems to Flooding from Failure of Non-Catege y I (Seismic)
Piping Systems. We find the plant facilities for mitigating the consequences of flooding to be adequate; and, therefore, are acceptable.
