IMPLDIENTATION OF CATEGORY 2 AND 3 REGULATORY GUIDES IN THE SYSTDIATIC EVALUATION PROGRAM In your letter, Reference (b), you requested that we provide a commit-ment to meet the recommendations of Regulatory Guide 1.114, Revision 1, "Gaidance on Being Operator at the Controls or a Nuclear Power Plant".
