i DUKE SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE TO DEFICIENCY 50-413 & 414/79 02 1.
One documentation package from six sep ate specifications was re-checked to assure that a generic probica did not exist. All packages were acceptable and met the applicable specification requirements.
Two of the packages contained typographical errors (i.e., transposed digits) which have been corrected by the supplier.
2.
As a follow-up response to W. O. Parker's letter of September 10, 1979 to J. P. O'Reilly, applicab,e receiving inspection documentation that was placed in QC Hold and requited QA Engineering and Service approval was reviewed. All documents were verified correct on September 28, 1979.
