APPROVAL FOR USE OF H-451 GRAPHITE IN FORT ST. VRAIN In your letter of July 25, 1979 to Mr. Gammill you requested NRC approval for the use of grade H-451 graphite in Fort St. Vrain in selected regions of reload Segment 9 and in all regions of subsequent reload segments. Such approval is hereby granted in accordance with your commitment in the July 25 letter to supply,as it becomes available,the specific information identified in the NRC letter of May 21,1979, " Evaluation of Topical Report GLP-5588" (W. P. Gammill to C. Fisher, General Atomic Company).
