Dear Mr. Bixel:
During the course of our review of Systematic Evaluation Program Topics for your plant (s), we will have a need for you to submit certain drawings and schematics.
To expedite the review of this material, in the future for any drawings not previously submitted on aperture cards, please submit six- (6) sets of the required drawings and schematics, or one set of aperture cards. The drawings should be of sufficient size to be clearly readible. Such submittals should include an update of the index transmitted to us in response to our letter dated June 26, 1978.
If we request information that has been previously submitted to NRC in aperture cards, please notify us immediately by telephone and identify the card number. Such notification would allow us to very easily have the drawings printed here rather than your having to resubmit them in hard copy size.
Please call Paul 0'Connor (301/492-7215) if you have any questions regarding this request, which supersedes our. letter dated June 26, 1978.
