(B) During the pe,riod from March 28, 1979 until May1, 1979 (except for 8 hours9.259259e-5 days
0.00222 hours
1.322751e-5 weeks
3.044e-6 months
on April 26) the THI Technical Specifications for instantaneous discharges were not satisfied. On May 2,1979 the station was once again in full compliance with the THI-TS for instantaneous discharges of I31 1 (C) As a result of I3II releases from March 28, 1979 through May 2, 1979 the quarterly 1311 release rates specifications were not satisfied for the 1st and 2nd calender quarter.

(D) Taken from THI Units 1 and 2 Effluent and Waste Disposal Semi, annual Report (EWDSR).

(E) Concentrations are based upon actual HDCT flows. These are concentrations in the effluent averaged over the period.

(F) This data in::1udes 1317 released to the Susquehanna River as a result of the THI. Unit II accident on March 28 1979.._

(C) Data obtained from Ce(1.1) analysis of charcoal cartr1Jge from Unit 11 Station Vent (IIPR-219) for a sampling period of 1..' iE+5see (1900 March 28, 1979 to 1900, March 30, 1979). This was the hithe,t measured release rate during the period.

(

(H) Date obtained from Ce(L1) analysis of charcoal cartridge fro'. Unit 2 Station Vent (HFR-219) for a sampling period of 3.6E+3 sec (1300, April 14,1979 to 1400, April 1{i,1979). This was the highest measured release rate during.the period.

(1). From. Table.4-4..lfickard. Lowe and Carrick. Draft Assessment of Of fsite Radiation Doses Followina the TML En111 Accident.{TDR-Tfil.V,Q.

The instantaneous release rate was extrapolated f rom TLD measurements made during the period (0770, March 28,1979 to 1600, March 29,1979)
