STIPULATION To further the NRC Staff's review of alternative sites in the Pilgrim Unit 2 proceeding, the Applicants by letters dated June 20-24, 1978 solicited views of counsel who are familiar with statutes and regulations relating to the siting of nuclear power plants in their respective jurisdictions.
