<c MdARD VOL12CR, h*RC Met-Ed cocpany has had in place, since shortly af ter the accident at Three Mile Island Unit-2, around-the-clock canning at trans-mission substations servicing Three Mile Island.
With the completion today of the two ecergency diesel geaerators a-backup power supplies for various stea= plant equipment and the cc=pletion of an, additional 13.8 KV feed to the circulating water pu=p house, these precautionary =casures are no longer neces-sa ry.
We believe it is also appropriate to return our combustion turbine generators to nor:al ecencaic dispatch. I request your concurrence with proceedinS with the relaxation (as described in the attached memorandu=) of the extra precautionary measures pre-viously taken to assure reliable supply of power to the Three Mile Island stations.
